To address later stage infection when cold has transformed into heat Based on the traditional Yin Qiao San formula, this blend is for Wind Heat type colds and flus with symptoms such as fever, thirst, sore throat, headache, body aches, cough, respiratory distress, fatigue, restlessness etc. Essential oils in this blend are anti pathogenic, analgesic, heat clearing, expel wind, reduce respiratory congestion and cough. Three additional essential oils have been added to further enhance its anti viral, damp heat clearing effect. This blend is intended for topical application over areas and points that address wind and heat, for example, of the Yang Ming channels. It may be used with gua sha and cupping. Always test on a small area first for skin sensitivity. It is also recommended as inhalation by means of a few drops placed in a cup of steaming water or by using a diffuser to more widely affect the environment. If needed, this Blend may be ingested, taking 1 to 3 drops by mouth up to several times per day for adults 14 years and up. Pediatric dosing for children over 2 years is 1 drop diluted in warm honey water.
